How did a Beachbody supplement, nutritional product, or program (such as Shakeology or Beachbody Ultimate Reset) support your transformation? What are the greatest benefits you gained? Did you see benefits to your energy, sleep, mood/mental clarity, or digestion/regularity? I thought I had to have a perfect body already to become a Coach and know all about these programs and nutrition. How did your Team Beachbody Coach support you on your journey?

I feel like I have full control over my life. Once you have that feeling that you have accomplishedВ such a huge goal, you feel like anything is possible. How has your life changed since completing your Beachbody program? I finally have the mindset back that I havenвЂ™t had since 10 years ago when I was a senior inВ high school. It didnвЂ™t feel like working out! Plus, I love dancing!Дescribe the results you achieved with your Beachbody program. What in particular did you like about the program you chose? I started feeling better and then noticing I looked better, and thatвЂ™s enough to keep me going! I had energyВ andВ saw that I was starting to accomplish my goals. Once I saw that what I was doing was working, it just kicked all the good vibes I needed into full gear. My attitude was poor and so was my energy, motivation, and self-confidence.

The diet part of it was always most difficult and I hated working out. What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Beachbody help you overcome that challenge? I started the program with Shakeology and the 21 Day Fix meal plan, and was actually surprised I was losing weight. I was always buying the next workout program or diet pill, etc. I really didnвЂ™t think much of it when I signed up. I was browsing on Facebook and saw a вЂњSuggested PostвЂќ to become a Beachbody Coach, and I was curious and signed up. What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey? It would take me months to start up another diet. I was honestly questioning myself, вЂњIs this really my lifeвЂќ? I tried to diet a countless amount of times and every time a diet failed, it was a total relapse for me. It seemed like it was getting worse and worse, and I had a really bad year. How did you feel about yourself and your body? Tell us about your life before you started the program. She entered her results into the Beachbody Challenge, and won the $500 Daily Prize for November 9th!
